Rebuilding the Rotax 532 ultralight aircraft engine.

Rotax Wiring 532 Points ignition
1. - Ignition -black to # 1 cylinder
2. - Ignition -black to # 2 cylinder
3. - Single brown engine ground
4. -Green with stripe/Yellow with stripe is half of the 140 watt output
5. -Green/yellow is half of the 140 w output

When connecting a tachometer separate the two green leads and hook
these to your tachometer. For a charging system connect the two
remaining yellows to a rectifier, two yellows, which will then
allow DC power off the red and black leads from the rectifier. If
your rectifier only has two yellows and one red then the red is
now the power, and the rectifier is self grounding. This system
does not need a battery if the circuit is drawing a constant 1 amp Wiring using a rectifier but not battery - requires 1 amp consumer.
