| How to approximate wind speed. Over time our aviation customers wanted to customize their windsocks by using colors other than our standard aviation orange. As well, companies and organizations began to recognize the windsock as a publicity tool and began requesting windsocks in a variety of colors.
While the standard aviation orange windsock is the backbone of our business, we have seen an increase in the demand for multi-color windsocks.
Today, you can pick from our 3 styles (solid, striped or 6 panel) and 7 colors to create the color scheme for your windsock that serves you the best. The pricing for our windsocks varies by the size windsock you choose and/or custom scripting, not the colors. |
