Poly-Fiber
Aircraft Coatings are an FAA approved method of covering polyester
fabric. Used in certified and uncertified aircraft alike, this
covering system is easy to use and long lasting. Carefully follow the
steps listed in the Poly-Fiber manual and you can have a show quality
plane.
Videos, practice kits and seminars are
available. Alexander Sport Air sponsors several covering classes
including: welding, basic wiring,
covering, composites, sheet metal and more. These classes are held all
over the U.S.

| RIB LACE
REINFORCING TAPES are custom woven high-strength polyester filament
twill tapes with paper-protected, high-tack adhesive coating on one side for
quick application and bonding during the rib lacing procedure. Available in
1/4, 3/8 and 1/2" widths. Two or more tapes may be positioned side by side
for wider ribs. All reinforcing tapes come in 50 yd. rolls. |
