Below is a web video interview on the SkyQuad for hours and hours of web video on ultralight aviation subscribe to the Ultralight Flyer Web Video Magazine. To watch the video you require a high speed internet connection and Real Player.

Skymaster Powered Parachutes of Wisconsin introduced their new Sky Quad single place powered parachute at Sun N Fun. The design concept was to build something that a person could easily get into the back of their pick up truck or van, or could be taken apart quickly and easily for storage.

The Sky Quad weighs in at 160 lbs complete, can be disassembled or reassembled in minutes using only conventional tools. It can be purchased ready to fly or in kit form with the kit taking about a weekend to complete.

Once ready to fly it uses conventional PPC foot style controls with a steering wheel for ground handling, with a left hand lever throttle system. Suspension is provide by a torsional suspension system on all four wheels.

It will be offered with a 27 or 40 hp engine, and various chutes and can accommodate pilots up to 250 lbs.
