Raptor Powered Parachute
Below is a web video interview on the Raptor for hours and hours of web video on ultralight aviation subscribe to the Ultralight Flyer Web Video Magazine. To watch the video you require a high speed internet connection and Real Player.

Southern Powered Parachutes had their new Raptor on display at Sun N Fun's Paradise City.  The Raptor features a spring suspension on the front wheel to help prevent damage in the event of a hard landing. It has curved foot bars for a more comfortable flying position, adjustable seats that move forward or back, and the cockpit area has been lengthened 2 inches in the front and 3 inches in the passenger compartment.

The Raptor also features a raised Halo bar for a more stable ride, comes with the new Hirth 3503, three cylinder 73 HP liquid cooled, oil injected, fuel injected aircraft engine.

Other standard features on the Raptor include electric start, heavy duty gear box, a 550 chute, electronic fuel gauge, strobe lights and an extra set of rear shock absorbers for a softer ride.

The Raptor comes fully assembled to the dealer, who will do the engine break in, attach the chute and provide flight training.
