| We offer test flights for ultralight, advanced
ultralight, amateur built and homebuilt aircraft that
qualify under Canadian regulations and can be flown by an
ultralight pilot |
|
|
The customer is responsible for ensuring the aircraft is
properly insured PRIOR to the test flight. WE are not responsible in ANY
way for loss or damage during a test flight. The
customer is responsible for ensuring our pilot doing the test flight is
covered under the OWNER'S insurance policy for flying of the plane during
the test flight. |
|
|
All test flights require a pre-flight inspection.
The engine compartment must be completely removed for this
inspection. The customer is responsible for removal and
reinstallation of the cowl. Our responsibility is limited to
making sure the aircraft is safe to fly, and that all engine,
prop, and mechanical linkages are working properly.
Any labour involved beyond this will be charged
at our mobile rate of $89.95 per hour.
The cost for a test flight on one of our
aircraft that we have built is $750.00
The cost of a test flight on any other aircraft that we have NOT
built is $1950.00
These prices are for the pre-flight
inspection, adjustments required, and test flight. After the
test flight if further work is required all work will be charged
at $89.95 per hour.
Customer is also responsible for costs
incurred for travel (fuel/food), accommodations from our
facilities back to our facilities.
All test flights MUST be paid for PRIOR to us
leaving our facilities.
All flight training done on customer's aircraft
is charged at $105.00 per hour. |
